We are seeking a self-motivated and pro-active individual to manage correspondence and information between the Office of Sport and the Minister for Sports Office.
About the role
As the central point of contact between the Ministers Office and the Office of Sport this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between both offices. You will provide high-quality executive and administrative support with professionalism discretion and initiative. From managing correspondence and coordinating timely responses to preparing parliamentary materials and meeting briefs you will help keep everything on track. Building strong relationships across both offices will be key to ensuring seamless flow of information and supporting the delivery of ministerial priorities.
