About Us:
Carpenters Workshop Gallery is an international gallery dedicated to design and functional art with spaces in Paris London New York and Los Angeles. Renowned for its collaborations with some of the most innovative artists and designers the gallery develops exceptional projects that blend craftsmanship design and contemporary art.
About The Role :
- Welcome guests to the Gallery
- Introduce the gallery program and give exhibition tours as requested
- Provide administrative logistical and organizational support to the team
- Handle client-facing situations on a day-to-day basis
- Register visitor information in the database when required and keep it up to date
- Ensure the gallery and artworks are presentable and tidy
- Maintain gallery inventory of books and samples and mail gifts and samples as requested
- General office upkeep
- Assist with event preparation and execution
- Work with global interns on company-wide projects
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager
The role would be part-time preferably 2-3 days a week 8 hours a day and we are offering course credit. The role would be onsite at our West Hollywood Gallery. Please send your Resume and a brief Cover Letter to
