We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Design Lead Specialist Engineer to join our team in Bentonville Arkansas. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading the product design vision strategy and execution for complex digital solutions. This role requires deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies strong collaboration with cross-functional teams mentorship capabilities and hands-on experience designing enterprise-level applications. The candidate should have proven experience delivering scalable and intuitive design solutions that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives including research ideation wireframing prototyping usability testing and final design delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineering teams Business Stakeholders and other designers to define user experience strategies and product direction.

• Create high-quality design artifacts including user flows journey maps interactive prototypes and UI specifications.

• Conduct user research competitive analysis and usability studies to identify user needs and validate design decisions.

• Oversee design consistency and compliance with established design systems and accessibility standards.

• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to design team members.

• Translate complex business requirements into simple user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces.

• Ensure smooth handoff to development teams and support implementation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and maturity of the design practice.

• Apply expertise in modern design tools and emerging design trends to continuously optimize user experience.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Computer Science or a related field.

• 12 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer Product Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating research-based end-to-end product design work for enterprise-level platforms.

• Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision and similar tools.

• Hands-on experience designing responsive web and mobile solutions.

• Deep understanding of UX principles design systems information architecture wireframing and prototyping methodologies.

• Ability to work in an agile development environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and usability practices.

• Experience working in retail e-commerce or large enterprise environments.

• Prior experience designing for high-scale customer or employee-facing applications.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript or React.

• Experience managing or leading cross-functional design teams.

• Knowledge of user analytics tools such as Google Analytics Hotjar Mixpanel or similar platforms.

• Certification in UX or related design domains (Nielsen Norman Group HFI etc.).
