Primary Responsibilities:

Customer service is a top priority
100% interface with customers
Field incoming phone calls from customers
Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end
Must be a quick learner
Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment
Quality minded individual
Ability to work well with others

Required Experience and Knowledge:

1-2 years minimum of automotive service writing experience (preferred)
Great communication skills
Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
Outstanding customer service skills
Valid in-state drivers license
Clean motor vehicle record
Organizational and time management skills
Tekion (DMS) experience a plus

** Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $6000.00 - $12000.00 per month

Day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Shift:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Torrance CA 90503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
