Job Summary
The opportunity
Were seeking a passionate and engaging Trainer Classroom Facilitator to join our VIC/TAS Training this role youll deliver high-impact training programs across classroom and online environments supporting new and existing employees in areas such as General Induction Customer Service and Disability Awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate professional engaging training sessions both in-person and online
- Create inclusive and positive learning environments
- Use varied teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Maintain accurate training and safety records
- Encourage collaboration and critical thinking through group activities
- Manage classroom dynamics with professionalism and empathy
- Continuously improve training delivery through feedback and reflection
What youll bring
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Minimum 2 years experience in training or facilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
- Knowledge of safety legislation or a willingness to learn quickly
- Desirable: Experience in the bus industry or customer service
