Job Description:
City Night-Life Entertainment Corp is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage HR operations across our vibrant entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy compliance employee relations recruitment and performance management particularly in the fast-paced hospitality entertainment or nightlife industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and nightlife industry standards.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for club staff DJs security personnel bartenders and support teams.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and mediation.
- Conduct onboarding training and continuous development programs.
- Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
- Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning to align with event and venue demands.
- Promote a positive safe and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams regarding contracts payroll and benefits.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 35 years of HR experience ideally in hospitality entertainment or nightlife sectors.
- Proven experience with labor law compliance staff management and recruiting hourly/night shift employees.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of employment law HR best practices and health & safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR issues discreetly and professionally.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (as needed for nightlife operations).
- Proficient in HR software payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.
