Job Summary
Position:Principal Automation Engineer
Location:Fully Remote
Duration:Long Term Contract

We are specifically looking for a senior automation professional withstrong desktop automation experiencein the last 5-7 years along withrecent web automation exposure. This role ismanagement-level requiring experience developing automation strategy building test frameworks and leading teams in critical enterprise environments.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on desktop automation experience (UFT TestComplete Ranorex WinAppDriver AutoIt Sikuli Robot Framework or similar)
Recent web automation experience (Selenium Cypress Playwright etc.)
Experience in developing automation strategy frameworks and test planning
Proven team leadership mentoring and management of direct reports
CI/CD integration experience using tools such as Azure DevOps Jenkins or GitLab
Strong communication skills with professional interview decorum
Preferred Experience:
Critical infrastructure or regulated industry environments
Legacy thick-client systems VDI/Citrix/RDP automation
Documentation risk logs and automation governance experience
Soft Expectations (Non-negotiable professionalism)
Candidates must:
Arrive early or on time for interviews
Maintain professional video presence (lighting audio background)
Communicate clearly concisely and confidently
Demonstrate situational leadership and problem-solving abilities
