Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


1. Ensure Continuity of Core HR Functions

Oversee daily HR operations across Companys global entities (US UK Germany Switzerland Canada Australia Zambia Kenya Malawi Tanzania Colombia).

Maintain timely and compliant execution of payroll benefits contracts and employee relations.

Ensure consistent application of Companys policies compensation framework and compliance with local labor laws.

Partner with Finance and Operations to manage headcount budgeting and reporting.


2. Lead and Support the Global HR Team

Provide guidance and coaching to HR team members in global and country offices.

Foster strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the HR network to ensure aligned service delivery.

Maintain high morale and communication throughout the transition period.


3. Provide HR Advisory and Compliance Leadership

Act as a senior advisor to leadership on HR matters including employee relations performance management and risk mitigation.

Oversee consistent values-based handling of sensitive personnel matters.

Ensure all HR activities uphold Companys values of Relentless Learning Accountable Empowerment People-Driven Integrity and Dynamic Collaboration.


4. Support Recruitment and Transition

Partner with leadership and external recruiters on the search and onboarding of the permanent HR Director.

Help ensure a smooth handover and continuity of strategic priorities.


Qualifications

10 years of progressive HR leadership experience ideally in global mission-driven or social enterprise organizations.

Strong knowledge of international HR operations employment law and best practices.

Demonstrated experience managing HR teams across multiple countries.

Proven ability to guide organizations through transition and change.

Exceptional interpersonal coaching and communication skills.

Commitment to Companys mission and values.


Contract & Terms

Duration: 34 months (potential for extension).

Level of effort: Full-time or near full-time with flexible arrangements possible.
