Job Summary

| Job Description: | The Pedal Florida Research Project is looking for an experienced bicycle mechanic to support the project. The experienced bicycle mechanic will be expected to:

| Expected Salary: | $25-$28/hour |
| Required Qualifications: | Bicycle Mechanics certification required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bicycle retail and/or fitting required. |
| Preferred: | Bicycle Mechanics certification with experience building bicycles as shipped from manufacturers diagnoses of mechanical issues and repairs and experience with fitting bicycles to riders. Experience with bicycle retail strongly preferred. Familiarity with how individuals who may be new to cycling approach bicycles fit comfort and safety. Capable of lifting bicycles (up to 30 pounds) and transportation within 50 miles of main UF campus. |
