As an Operations Leader Senior Manager within PwCs Assurance Learning & Development team you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the firms global learning strategy. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the US and global Acceleration Centres to design deliver and evaluate scalable learning solutions that strengthen Assurance capabilities align with regulatory requirements and support PwCs people-led tech-powered vision.

This role requires strategic thinking strong program management expertise and the ability to lead globally dispersed teams while managing multiple priorities. You will ensure adherence to NASBA guidelines and learning quality standards delivering impactful in-person and virtual experiences at scale across the global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Assurance and LoS L&D leader to identify strategic learning needs align curriculum to business priorities and support capability development across regions.
  • Lead end-to-end design development and deployment of large-scale learning programsboth virtual and in-personensuring quality consistency and measurable outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including business leaders Risk and Quality teams. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations that shape future learning investments.
  • Keep senior leaders updated with progress and report outs.
  • Manage a globally dispersed team of learning professionals and vendors. Drive collaboration accountability and innovation across time zones and cultures.
  • Ensure all programs adhere to NASBA and firm compliance requirements including CPE credit standards audit quality expectations and accessibility guidelines.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact learning eventsvirtual hybrid and in-personleveraging digital platforms and firmwide technologies to enhance the learner experience.
  • Lead data wrangling analysis and KPI reporting to firm leadership. Translate learning analytics into actionable insights that demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.
  • Champion innovation in learning design leveraging technology automation and feedback loops to improve efficiency and learner engagement.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree or higher (Masters preferred)
1215 years of progressive Learning & Development experience with a strong record in professional services or regulated industries
Demonstrated experience managing large multi-region programs and diverse stakeholder groups
Expertise in adult learning principles instructional design and digital learning technologies
