Job requirements
- We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 10 years of proven expertise across classical machine learning and modern AI/deep learning with strong specialisation in image processing and computer vision.
- The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for developing deploying and scaling AI/ML solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions including both classical ML models (regression classification clustering time-series) and advanced AI models (deep learning transformers GANs).
- Architect and implement scalable image processing/computer vision systems (OCR object detection segmentation recognition image enhancement).
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices model lifecycle management CI/CD for ML monitoring retraining pipelines.
- Build scalable data and ML workflows on GCP stack Vertex AI BigQuery Dataflow Pub/Sub Cloud Storage.
- Collaborate with product engineering and research teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI/ML projects.
- Continuously research and evaluate new algorithms tools and trends in AI/ML and image processing.
- 10 years of experience in AI/ML including classical ML and advanced AI/deep learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch Keras OpenCV Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience in image processing/computer vision applications.
- Hands-on expertise in GCP stack (Vertex AI AI Platform BigQuery Dataflow Cloud Functions GKE).
- Strong background in data engineering concepts feature engineering and model optimization.
- Solid understanding of algorithms statistics and mathematical foundations of ML/AI.
