Home Health Aides and CNAs

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate skilled reliable and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Wellesley area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship.

Available Shifts:

Weekends and Weekdays Weekend availability is a PLUS!

Morning shifts 8am-12pm Monday through Sunday

Afternoon Shifts 4pm-8pm Monday through Sunday

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking to hire a couple of CNAs and/or HHAs for this case. Here at Traditions Home Health Services we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours.

Cohasset

Marshfield

Hingham

Job Description:

• Assist with the Activities of Living personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking exercising according to Care Plan
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows:

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind compassionate reliable and skilled HHA/CNA
• Must have experience working with Parkinsons
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test QuantiFERON Gold Test or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak read write the English language clearly and effective communication skills.
• You must own a cell phone.
