Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service via phone email and live chat in German.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products services and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure quick and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex problems.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in our system.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
