Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retention Agent to join a very well-established regulated company at its Sofia office working exclusively with UK clients. This is a key role focused on building long-term client relationships increasing client lifetime value and delivering a high standard of service in a fully regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in Forex / CFD retention is confident handling UK traffic and is highly motivated by performance and results.

Proven experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex / CFD industry

Demonstrated experience working with UK traffic

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong sales negotiation and objection-handling skills

Results-driven with a professional and ethical approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-oriented environment

Available to work office-based in Sofia Bulgaria

Requirements

Previous experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex / CFD industry
Proven experience working with UK traffic / UK clients
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong sales mindset with excellent closing and upselling skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Experience working in a regulated environment
Comfortable working with KPIs targets and performance metrics
Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities
Confident professional telephone manner
Ability to work office-based in Sofia Bulgaria
