Your Role
- Deliver accurate polite and professional support via phone email or chat
- Assist customers from the French market with their queries regarding household appliances
- Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standards
- Identify sales opportunities when appropriate ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
- Work in rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Saturday
(Days off: Sunday and one additional rotating day)
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers and resolve issues efficiently
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team spirit and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
