We are currently seeking a Customer Services Team Leader to join the Centre team at Westfield Miranda. This is a chance to join a team who are driven to consistently create moments that matter in the living centre every day and lead and inspire their team to deliver our Service Promise to our customers.
Your opportunity
As the Services Team Leader you are proactive hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment across Customer Experience desk & Valet. Reporting directly to the Services Supervisor you will assist with overseeing the team & ensure operations are running smoothly across the Customer Experience desk & Valet team.
A snapshot of your role:
The position requires working on a 7-day rotational roster and possessing a valid full drivers license is a requirement for the valet aspects of this role.
