Warehouse Team Leader

Were looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Logistics team and play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our site.

Youll oversee receiving handling storage picking and packing activitiesensuring operations run to the highest standards of quality safety and compliance. Leading by example youll motivate and support your team to consistently meet daily quotas KPIs and customer expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys balancing operations people leadership and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations across receiving storage picking and packing.

• Support the Logistics Manager with site activities planning and reporting.

• Train coach and allocate tasks to warehouse team members.

• Ensure compliance with all safety health and legal requirements.

• Optimise stock management using FEFO principles.

• Conduct stock counts quarantine operations and order management.

• Maintain a clean safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications :

• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience in stock management control or receival.
   
• Strong computer literacy including confident use of inventory and warehouse systems

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliability punctuality and a proactive work ethic.

• Good numeracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform manual labour (bending twisting lifting up to 20kg).

• Knowledge of medical cannabis or Schedule 8 drug warehousing (desirable).
