Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to oversee a support ticketing queue with multiple open items lead client status meetings and handle client relationships. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain top standards. You are expected to provide functional and/or technical subject matter knowledge direct process redesign efforts and manage the entire project lifecycle to achieve timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Compensation Review Cycle / Merit Process: enables you to launch monitor and approve companywide salary/merit review campaigns.

Budget Pools: management of compensation budgets by business unit manager or organizational level.

Bonus and Stock Plans: administration of variable incentives and stock/equity plans.

Guidelines and Ranges: configuration of rules and thresholds by performance level/grade or location.

Manager Self-Service: interface for managers to recommend adjustments or bonuses during the cycle.
