About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage diverse recruitment activitiesfrom local and international hiring to employer branding salary benchmarking and psychometric assessments. Youll work closely with senior management and global colleagues leveraging systems like Workday to support contract negotiations succession planning and process alignment.
Youll be part of a global talent acquisition team and report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead. This role supports hiring managers for IT Finance and HR positions within our Monterrey Global Business Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles based in Monterrey.
- Define recruitment strategies and advise hiring managers.
- Drive candidate sourcing screening and interviewing.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and provide candidate feedback.
- Strengthen employer branding and uphold FLSmidths reputation.
- Serve as the primary contact for agencies and job portals managing contracts and partnerships.
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record in both agency and in-house recruitment.
- Experience working in a global organization with an international workforce.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
