Learn more about us and why we work here at are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend to join our Delivery team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and Participate the development and testing of our systems and services
- Help translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
- Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment
- Communicate with project leads product managers and other software developers
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced Level of English (Mandatory)
- 5 years programming experience ideally on a modern stack
- Our core stack is Java/ Kotlin/ Spring / PostgreSQL/ React and we run on Kubernetes in a service oriented architecture with over 100 services in production
- 3 years Java or Kotlin programming experience
- A solid understanding of relational databases and ORMs
- Experience working on a SOA or microservice-based application.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves collaborate with others and get stuff done
- Solid sense of responsibility; driving a project from inception to completion
- Experience working in a collaborative coding environment refining designs together working through code reviews and managing pull requests
- View Unit and Integration test as 1st class citizen in software development
- Desire to grow learn and collaborate with a team of engineers.
Nice to have
- Full-stack experience either toward systems (kafka temporal docker posix) databases (postgres) or front-end (javascript/typescript react).
