Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Organization: 3 Leaf Realty Inc
We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry. As an integral part of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware software and network related issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Manage user accounts permissions and access rights in accordance with company policies
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers routers and switches
- Train staff on the proper use of IT systems and software
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware software and networking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a real estate or property management industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $34000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $74500 per year
- Currency: USD
