We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with at least 2 - 4 years of employment law experience. A background in class action litigation is a strong plus though not required. The ideal candidate is someone who values mentorship quality over quantity and a thoughtful approach to legal work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters including claims of wrongful termination discrimination harassment wage & hour and class/PAGA actions
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
• Draft review and revise legal documents such as pleadings motions briefs and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings depositions mediations arbitrations and trials as needed
• Provide strategic counsel to clients by evaluating available options and formulating effective courses of action
• Collaborate with partners associates paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client communication
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in employment law litigation
• Class action and/or PAGA experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of handling cases from inception through trial
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to firm culture

• Compensation: $145000 - $185000
