This role is focused on serving public sector clients and offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level legal advice on employment and traditional labor matters.
Unlike typical firms our client operates as a unique public law firm handling government work through private competitive bidding. Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to public sector and private clients regarding employment and traditional labor matters.
- Handle a heavy volume of transactional labor and employment work.
- Conduct high-level legal research writing and analysis.
- Assist in employment litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Experience: 38 years of experience in labor and employment transactional law.
- Bar Admission: Active membership in the California Bar.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Background: Experience dealing with public law work (e.g. from boutique firms Am Law or City Attorneys offices).
- Skills: Exceptional writing research and analytical capabilities.
