Shift Timing: US Shift 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Any 9 hours)
Working Days: 5 days working 2 rotational week offs
Salary: 18150 in-hand 4000 night allowance 22150 (including night shift allowance)
CTC: 20100
Age Limit: 21 to 32 years
Qualification:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from US-based customers for telecom services.
Resolve customer queries complaints and service-related issues professionally.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Log and update customer interactions in the system.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards during every call.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining communication etiquette.
