Job Summary
Were looking for an energetic outgoing Events Specialist to join our brand activation team! If you thrive in fast-paced environments love talking to people and enjoy the buzz of live events this is your chance to represent an exciting brand at festivals trade shows retail activations and local community events.
In this role youll be the face of our companyengaging eventgoers showcasing our offerings and driving real-time sales or lead generation from the crowd.
What Youll Do:
Represent our brand at high-traffic events expos pop-ups festivals and community activations
Engage with attendees and passersby in a friendly enthusiastic and confident manner
Clearly explain our products/services offers and promotions
Demonstrate products or services live and assist with on-the-spot sales or sign-ups
Convert foot traffic into customers through engaging conversations and persuasive pitches
Set up and break down event booths or branded displays (light lifting required)
Maintain a polished on-brand appearance and positive demeanor at all times
Capture leads and provide feedback or insights from the field to the marketing team
Stay informed on campaign goals messaging and pricing through regular team briefings
What Youll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); coursework in marketing communications or business is a plus
Experience in live event marketing field promotions brand ambassadorship retail sales or trade shows preferred
Strong verbal communication and people skillsyoure a natural conversation starter
Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 lbs during event setup/teardown
Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability for in-person work
