Youll own growth strategies streamline processes and lead key teams through transformation innovation and execution.
Qualifications :
- 6 years in operations strategy or sales leadership (preferably in SaaS fintech or service environments)
- A proven track record in managing teams systems and sales performance
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels client success and KPI tracking
- Experience managing risk legal and compliance processes in a regulated environment
- Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills
- A leadership style rooted in accountability ownership and empowerment
- Experience in compliance legal services or fintech environments
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM ERP automation and dashboard tools
- Exposure to scaling business units or launching new services
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Leadership
- Lead and refine end-to-end sales and growth strategies (in collaboration with UX and marketing teams)
- Optimize the full customer acquisition and retention journey
- Identify and activate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Develop and maintain real-time KPI dashboards and sales tracking systems
- Monitor weekly/monthly KPIs provide insights and drive performance reviews
Client Journey & Service Excellence
- Improve service delivery tools and systems to elevate client experience
- Collaborate with UX and Service Development teams to enhance onboarding support and satisfaction
Operational Excellence
- Own and oversee all internal systems tools and business processes
- Drive scalable tech-enabled solutions for process improvements
- Ensure cross-departmental collaboration and high-quality service standards
- Lead training performance development and team leader enablement
Compliance & Governance
- Serve as Internal Compliance Officer for FICA POPIA and related frameworks
- Review contracts policies and documentation for legal soundness and risk management
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and operational safeguards
Strategic Projects & Execution
- Support the launch and scale of new services and business divisions
- Conduct feasibility studies and support go-to-market strategies
- Present monthly operational and sales reports to the Board
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership surfacing risks insights and solutions

Remuneration:
