PRIVATE EQUITY OVERVIEW

Bain Capital Asia aims to leverage the firms success and experience investing in North America and Europe to pursue investment opportunities in the Asian markets. Working with the firms US- and European-based teams and other investment areas (public equities debt and venture) Bain Capital Asia functions as a part of an integrated worldwide organization and leverages the firms global capabilities in analyzing executing and managing investments.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our Summer MBA program is an 8-10-week program through which you will be involved in all elements of our Private Equity business - from building earnings models performing valuation analysis to performing industry-level analyses that will inform the investment process and provide critical context. Youll have the opportunity to learn and adopt our investment process as well and build your professional network.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional business analytic and quantitative skills
Minimum of three years experience at a leading consulting investment banking investment management or private equity firm
Strong intellect and focus
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership; eager to learn and work with others
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Undergraduate/university degree from a highly regarded institution
Currently pursuing an MBA and on track to graduate between Dec 2026 June 2027
