Job description EUC (Active Directory)
Job Title: Associate Experience : 3-5 Yrs.
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations on Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including domain controllers trust relationships OU structures and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Perform routine AD administrative tasks such as user and group account management password resets and permissions assignments.
Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication DNS and related services to ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement and enforce security policies through Group Policy management to meet organizational and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to support authentication and authorization mechanisms including LDAP Kerberos and NTLM.
Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (if applicable) and hybrid identity solutions including AD Connect synchronization.
Provide support for single sign-on (SSO) integrations and multifactor authentication (MFA) setups.
Plan and execute AD disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Document AD environment changes configurations and policies.
Assist in the design and implementation of AD migrations upgrades and consolidations.
Provide end-user support related to AD issues and escalate complex problems as required.
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience managing Microsoft Active Directory environments in enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of Windows Server OS and AD components including FSMO roles Global Catalog and Sites/Services.
Experience with Group Policy creation troubleshooting and management.
Knowledge of DNS DHCP and networking concepts relevant to AD environments.
Familiarity with security principles including use of permissions delegation auditing and compliance best practices.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation of AD administrative tasks.
Basic knowledge of Azure AD and hybrid identity management is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals or equivalent.
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (Azure AD).
MCSA or MCSE related to Windows Server or Active Directory.
Education Qualification:
Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable
Any Microsoft Certification
Additional Information:
Strong written and Oral communication skills.
Should be open to work in shifts (24/7)
Should be operate from office (5 days a week).
