Job Summary
About the Role:
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office with flexible core hours between 8am-6pm.
Design and support product ranges for Womenswear Tailoring.
Respond quickly to briefs producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.
Research and recognise key trends across colour silhouette and yarn translating this into elevated customer-relevant products.
Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
Collaborate with designers buyers merchandisers technologists sourcing teams and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
About You:
Pattern cutting experience is essential.
Must have strong experience of creating using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
Having strong team work and people skills is a must for this role.
Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
Must have a womenswear fashion design background.
Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
