Job Summary
Title: Registered Nurse Med Surg/Tele
Location: Neptune NJ
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 3x12 Hours
Total Weekly Gross: $2343
Hourly: $65.11
Stipend: $1623
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Tele) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure exceptional patient outcomes in a dynamic medical-surgical/telemetry setting.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
Plan implement and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through continuous assessments.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage care for assigned patients.
Document patient care based on standards acuity and clinical priorities.
Advocate for and apply evidence-based care standards in daily practice.
Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing models.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse License (New Jersey or Compact State).
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med Surg/Telemetry.
Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical situations effectively.
Certifications:
BLS Certification (AHA) Required.
ACLS Certification Preferred.
