Summary of the role:

Were looking for a high-performing Account Executive who goes beyond just closing dealsyou consistently exceed targets and thrive in fast-paced high-impact environments. Youre a strategic thinker who knows how to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders with confidence and precision. With 3 years of crushing quotas in the payroll space your approach is consultative value-driven and proactive. You dont wait for opportunitiesyou create them. Competitive coachable and results-oriented youre ready to make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMBs
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships
  • Collaborate with SDRs Sales Engineers and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Represent Netchex at industry events conferences and customer meetings

What we are looking for:

  • 5 8 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling into SMB or enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce HighSpot etc.)Description
