Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and the remaining of the hours are flexible
- Client timezone: Eastern time (New Jersey USA)
Scope:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Direct collaboration with Marketing Director and Director of Product Development
Global remote work arrangement with US time zone alignment
Month-to-month contract structure with no long-term lock-in
Comprehensive operational support across entire marketing department except finance
Ongoing role with potential for long-term growth and development
Assist with spell checking grammar review and research tasks
Research test and implement AI tools for marketing department use
Perform light backend Shopify updates including product information management
Support SEO improvement projects through competitor research and keyword analysis
Help source and coordinate with additional blog content writers
Upload and manage video content from bi-weekly webinars to website
Transcribe webinar videos into blog post format
Create social media clips from long-form content using specialized apps
Provide operational support on admin tasks like clearing emails daily and scheduling within the company
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms particularly Shopify
Digital marketing background and familiarity
Ability to work flexible hours with overlap in US time zones
Proficiency with content management and basic technical tasks
Research and analytical capabilities
Adaptability to learn and test new AI marketing tools
