- Order and manage property signage and boards
- Handle daily administrative tasks for getting properties market-ready
- Process and upload property inquiries into CRM system
- Organize and schedule property viewings
- Send viewing confirmations and communications to prospects
- Manage back-office operations to support front-line sales team
- Handle client communication through emails texts and messages
Requirements
- Experience in real estate administration property management or similar administrative roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems and property management platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working UK business hours
- Attention to detail for managing property listings and client data
