Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and regular performance reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing technical and operations) to deliver effective solutions.
Lead sales presentations negotiations and contract closures with customers.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience preferably in the energy storage batteries or industrial solutions sector.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
