Job Summary

Conduct detailed business analysis to understand processes workflows and requirements
Document functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and interviews
Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and external vendors
Support solution design testing and implementation aligned with business needs
Assist in project planning change management and post-implementation reviews
Ensure quality and compliance through validation UAT and continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field
5 years experience in business analysis or similar roles
Experience with business process modeling requirements management tools and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management practices
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
