Job Summary

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  1. Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  2. Support manpower planning and forecasting in coordination with the team leaders and managers.
  3. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding to ensure timely and effective staffing of fundraising teams.
  4. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals social media referrals and field networks.
  5. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.

HR Business Partnering & Operations (30%)

  1. Act as a liaison between the HR department and the Retail Fundraising division to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  2. Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding induction and employee records management.
  3. Orient Fundraising staff about HR policies initiatives and updates.
  4. Identify and address talent gaps and skill requirements within the Retail Fundraising division.
  5. Coordinate with sales trainers to design and deliver relevant training programs for upskilling fundraising teams.
  6. Design employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction morale and retention.
  7. Address employee and manager concerns promptly ensuring a healthy and inclusive workplace.
  8. Ensure compliance with WWF-Indias HR policies code of conduct and statutory requirements.
  9. Undertake any other responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the organisation.


Requirements

  1. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  2. 47 years of relevant HR experience with sufficient exposure to recruitment and HR operations (preferably in sales fundraising or field-based roles).
  3. Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring and HR coordination.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proactive organised and detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.



Required Skills:

Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University. Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them. Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team. Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-Indias work. Public Speaking skills / BD experience. Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks. Sales background / Tele communication Background.
