Job Summary

COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Employment Term: Permanent Full Time

Location: Hybrid Brisbane

Remuneration: Competitive remuneration 12% Super Not For Profit Salary Packaging

Reporting to the Community Commercial Manager the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for identifying developing and progressing new funding opportunities and strategic partnerships that support the growth and sustainability of BlueCare Community Services. This role plays a key part in managing external funder relationships and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align commercial viable partnership initiatives with strategic priorities

About the Role

  • Proactively identify and pursue new funding sources including government grants corporate sponsorship and philanthropic contributions
  • Develop compelling proposals business cases and submissions tailored to funder requirements and strategic goals
  • Monitor funding trends and policy changes to inform strategic positioning and opportunity development.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with external funders partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with funders including reporting acquittals and updates
  • Work closely with Network Community Engagement Leads and other key internal stakeholders to align commercially viable partnership opportunities to service delivery goals and organisational strategic goals and direction.
  • Help to facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support the implementation of funding initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of partnership activities funding pipelines and outcomes
  • Support Community Commercial Manager with preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership on commercial performance and opportunities

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial partnership development or business development within the community services or not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of funding mechanisms including grants tenders
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to write high-quality proposals and reports.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
  • Ability to undertake adhoc commercial modelling
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Economics Commerce or a related field
