As our business continues to grow we are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our Brisbane service team.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Commercial Refrigeration Technician to support our service operations. Reporting to the Service Team Manager you will bring strong technical capability problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive service maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems

• Diagnose faults and implement effective customerfocused solutions

• Complete all service reporting and documentation accurately and on schedule

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers

• Participate in training toolbox meetings and safety programs

• Ensure all work meets company industry and safety standards

What Youll Bring

Required:

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

• Current Australian drivers licence

• Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Demonstrated experience in commercial refrigeration service and maintenance

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience with supermarket refrigeration cold storage or largescale commercial systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Flexibility to work varied hours or participate in an oncall roster

• A proactive safety-first mindset

• Exposure to industrial or ammonia refrigeration systems (advantageous but not essential)
