Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career in a dynamic and professional environment We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Roberts Morrow.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Located at our Brisbane office this is a fantastic part-time opportunity offers 20-25 hours per week spread over 5 days. This is a diverse hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle while making a real impact.

  • Coordinate full recruitment lifecycle: including drafting and posting job ads applicant liaison interviews offers and onboarding
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes
  • Oversee and manage the allocation and recovery of company resources and assets throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support workforce and succession planning
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Support salary reviews performance management processes and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training activities maintain professional development records and assist with internal programs
  • Maintain HR and WHS policies and procedures
  • Provide general HR and WHS advice and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Support HR reporting compliance and business planning activities
  • Manage HR inbox and provide day-to-day HR administrative support

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is proactive detail-oriented and passionate about people. To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or working towards or equivalent HR experience
  • End-to-end recruitment experience preferably in a professional services environment
  • General knowledge of HR policies and WHS legislation
  • Prior experience working in a professional services firm is highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Empathy discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters
