ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment pre-employment and onboarding processes while ensuring high-quality consistent and contemporary HR practices. The role provides guidance to hiring managers on merit-based selection including shortlisting interview preparation and panel coordination and oversees all administrative requirements to deliver a streamlined and positive recruitment experience. Additionally you will maintain accurate and compliant employee records through effective use of HRIS and associated systems ensuring alignment with organisational and legislative requirements and providing responsive support to candidates employees and managers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a 6-month full-time contract.
