Rostering Coordinator - Goldfields Offshore and Remote
Perth Head office based Newcastle Street East Perth

Join us as one of our Rostering Coordinators and take the lead in shaping agile futurefocused workforce strategies across the West Relief this pivotal role youll ensure seamless alignment between operational priorities rostering labor budgets and business objectives.

What Youll Do

You will be responsible to collaborate with our sites in the creation of workforce planning requirements and publishing of rosters.This role will see you work in collaboration with our WA Operations Management teams by delivering cost-efficient labour scheduling and forecasting to ensure that our sites are operating at optimum efficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and data entry of site-based Deputy rosters for our Remote and Offshore business
  • Accuracy and integrity of data are key to success
  • On-time delivery and publishing of rosters in accordance to agreed principles rosters to be available 8 weeks in advance
  • Co-ordination and distribution of basic labour reporting to key internal stakeholders on a daily /weekly and monthly basis
  • Contribute towards identifying cost effective labour outcomes
  • Provide support to Site Managers and Site Administrators on Deputy Rostering and Scheduling queries and optimisation of labour forecasting

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in labour forecasting leave planning and scheduling within a complex environment such as offshore and remote eg. DIDO/ FIFO
  • Experience in administration of Workforce Systems such as Deputy and PageUp
  • Exceptional problem-solving organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Highly developed verbal telephone and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure independently and within a team
  • Excellent analytical reporting and organisation skills
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
