Were looking for a full-time high-energy leader to join our team who is passionate about serving others growing leaders and driving excellence in the kitchen. This role requires schedule flexibility (including mornings mid-days and evenings) and a strong commitment to our core values of Honor Dignity and Respect.
What Youll Do:
- Lead with positivity and by example reinforcing our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy: Craveable Food Fast & Accurate Service and a Clean & Safe Environment.
- Develop and support kitchen leadership through coaching delegation and hands-on guidance.
- Oversee daily operations including labor management productivity food waste reduction and adherence to systems like LEAN and One-Click.
- Recruit and interview candidates handle personnel needs and maintain accountability through systems like the point system.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by asking the right questions and challenging your team to grow.

Experience:
Were seeking a dedicated full-time leader with at least 2 years of Chick-fil-A experience at a Director level or higher to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who understands Chick-fil-As operational standards and culture and is ready to take the next step in leading others with excellence.
