Inviting applications for the role of Procurement Senior Process Associate Turkish Hybrid Bucharest

This role is a key link between your clients and their providers as you will monitor the process of supplies this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement which include:
Responsibilities

Work closely with Team leader and Team members; take over Team leader assigned tasks and prioritize based on business need and impact.
Works or helps and guides junior colleagues on difficult account reconciliation / escalation cases.
Acts as a buddy of new joiners during business specific training shadowing or need for support. Takes over training new joiners on process systems and overall client specific tasks.
Accomplish all responsibilities in line with client compliance and integrity requirements.
Create update revise and submit standard operating procedures for approval.
Follow the training plan set by management complete it on time and highlight potential risks for delays.
Act as a backup or cross-trained for another process or scope of work.
Continuous improvement: Identify process gaps propose improvements and contribute to automation or digital tools implementation that support process efficiency.
KPI: Meet or exceed defined process targets (volume and accuracy) and ensure timely reporting of results or highlight proactively the need for support.
Preparing and presenting in weekly conference calls reports with KPI and project status;
Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions purchase orders materials catalogues delivery notes goods receipts and other procurement documents;
Answering suppliers requests & purchasing hotline;
SOX compliance processing;
Procurement reporting;
Procurement hotline and handling daily customer queries;
Reception and verification of requisitioning of users and buyers;
Analyze completeness of purchase requisitions RFQ packages and technical specifications;
Escalation of vendor identification;
Preparation of RFQ packages forwarding and follow up;
Answer supplier questions and advise on RFQ response required;
Consolidation of RFQ responses;
Assist in or Recommend suppliers based on both price and non-price factors;
Purchase order preparation and issuance;
Follow up of RFQ package (if no return by RFQ deadline) and PO received by suppliers (if no action by delivery date);
Build good rapport with clients/vendors category/commodity managers;
Assist Supplier negotiations for large buys;
Register and respond to PR or Procurement related inquiries by clients/vendors;
Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints;
Daily follow-up on customer projects;
Daily communication/interaction via email/phone with customers;
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Full professional knowledge of Turkish min. C1 and English B2.
Business School Degree or qualification or minimum relevant work experience directly related experience to procure to pay ideally in a multinational environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel.
Basic financial analysis skills.
Ability to be hardworking and to think outside the box.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving.
Cultural awareness in a diverse and international environment.
Thirst for learning.
