We are inviting you to apply for the role of Order Management Rebates Domain Trainee German hybrid Bucharest

Role Summary
Primary focus acting as subject matter expert in all customer service analyst functions supporting local market activities as part of the Order to Cash market team. Partners with key stakeholders understanding the changing needs of the business identifying solutions to improve efficiencies. Position requires extensive remote interaction with in-market O2C representative or Country Controller & Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive rebate process ensuring pricing accuracy and timely validation of claims.

Collaborate across business functions to gain a thorough understanding of client products customer profiles pricing structures and control environments.

Provide market insights to support credit risk assessments and decision-making; authorize release of blocked sales orders within delegated approval limits.

Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls promoting awareness and adherence within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team.

Review and update SOPs training materials and reference documentation at least annually to maintain operational excellence.

Resolve issues promptly through the C4C system addressing customer inquiries Pharma-related questions and cross-departmental requests.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers the broader O2C network and third-party partners.

Support implementation and integration of O2C initiatives driving continuous improvement and process optimization within the team.

Contribute to efficiency projects collaborating with team members to identify opportunities develop recommendations and implement agreed solutions.

Assist in defining team objectives and deliverables aligned with the O2C Service Catalogue Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational SOPs.

Participate in operational review meetings with Pharma O2C Global Process Owners (GPO) and external partners as required.

Facilitate new product launches and divestitures ensuring timely communication to customers and ECC teams and accurate system updates.

Provide data and support for internal and external audits ensuring compliance and transparency.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial entries.

Manage the commercial inquiries mailbox responding to queries and taking appropriate actions in a timely manner.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
University degree required (preferably in Economics Business Supply Chain Management or related fields)
Advanced proficiency in German (C1) and strong business communication skills in English (B2/C1).
Extensive experience with SAP (SD/MM modules) and advanced Excel (pivot tables macros data analysis).
Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) Customer Service Collections and Distribution with demonstrated ownership of complex processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives in a multinational or matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Proven track record of process optimization automation or digital transformation in order management.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units and geographies.
