  • Salary: $68338.78 - $ 70468.73 (pro-rata) super salary packaging

About the role

  • Coordinate patient bookings and referrals manage outpatient appointments ensure valid specialist referrals and support the triaging process for new patients.

  • Oversee Medicare billings and trust fund processes handle end-to-end billing cycles reconciliation and prepare quarterly financial reports for departmental meetings.

  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality upload and manage patient photos and information across MediWeb and internal databases with accuracy and care.

  • Support departmental operations assist with meeting logistics record minutes and participate in quarterly after-hours meetings ().

  • Provide professional administrative support handling calls correspondence and patient enquiries part-time role Mondays and Wednesdays

About you

  • Proven healthcare administration experience capable of supporting clinical teams efficiently and professionally.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management able to prioritise tasks work autonomously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills confident in verbal written and public-facing interactions with patients colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and medical record systems ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.
