Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Madison this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met through exceptional communication strategic insight and reliable support. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Identify client needs and propose effective solutions to support business objectives.
Monitor account performance and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management to improve client experience and retention strategies.
Prepare reports forecasts and performance reviews to track client engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in client relationship management account management or customer service.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
