Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Charlotte North Carolina. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the companys sales operations. Daily tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets building and maintaining customer relationships identifying market opportunities and preparing sales reports. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of sales or management experience in the fastener hardware or industrial supply industry.
- Strong knowledge of fastener types materials coatings and standards.
- Ability to read blueprints spec sheets and bill of materials (BOM) to identify the right fasteners for a customers application is a plus.
- Relationships with existing or prospective customers are preferred.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a wholesale distribution or manufacturing setting is a plus.
