Senior Project Manager Construction

Were on the lookout for a client-focused and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager to join our proactive team. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects across Retail Hospitality Healthcare Education and Commercial sectors. What youll be doing:

• Delivering projects in line with client expectations contracts timelines and relevant legislation.
• Leading project teams to ensure strong performance across scope budget quality safety risk and procurement.
• Contributing to tenders especially around methodology buildability risk and subcontractor input.
• Supporting senior leaders in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Running and documenting meetings as needed.
• Making sure systems and procedures are followed to maintain compliance with third-party accreditations.
• Tracking risks and opportunities and keeping clients informed of key project issues.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years within the industry.
• Ideally University degree qualified in Project Management Engineering Architecture Planning Design or Construction. Qualifications in formal project methodologies is desirable.
• End to end project oversight and delivery - including project planning budget management risk management issue management personnel management client management commercial issue management testing management. An understanding of the real estate / property industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
• It is essential to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint Word Excel) and Microsoft Project
