Job Summary

レッドハットのセールスチームでは東京で Strategic Account Manager を募集していますこの役割は日本の官公庁および半官半民企業の顧客に対してレッドハットのソリューションを通じてビジネスの成功をサポートします顧客のCレベル事業責任者および協業するビジネスパートナーとの関係を構築維持しながら顧客のニーズ業界動向重要な成功要因を理解し顧客と共に高いビジネスの成長を実現するための戦略を策定することが必要です またチームリードとして若い営業メンバーを含むチーム全体のビジネスを最大化するためのコーチングやサポート顧客を担当するセールススペシャリストプリセールスコンサルティングサービス等のリソースコーディネート能力が求められます

Primary Job Responsibilities

• レッドハットにとって重要かつ戦略的に重要な指定されたアカウントとの顧客関係を管理する

• 指定されたアカウント内で新しい関係を開発維持しながらCレベルの役員を含む組織の様々なレベルでRed Hatをポジショニングする

• 明確な目的行動所有者売上目標を持つアカウント戦略および計画を作成し四半期ごとの目標およびアカウントの全体的な戦略的発展を念頭に置く

• 国内およびグローバルのレッドハットを対象に成功のためのベストプラクティスを共有し高いビジビリティを示すべくリーダーシップを発揮する

• アカウントチーム営業プリセールコンサルティングサービスを構成リードし担当アカウントに対する当社の提供製品ポートフォリオ全体に渡り成長させる

• 正確な販売予測とパイプラインの構築に重点を置き製品ポートフォリオ全体のプロスペクトからクロージングまでのセールスサイクル全体を管理する

• 顧客ニーズと営業目標を達成するために新しい革新的な方法にもチャレンジしチームと協力する

Required Skills

• 10年以上の企業向けITセールスの経験を有し大企業または中央省庁を含む官公庁に対する営業担当として顧客の管理に成功した実績があること

• 中長期でのアカウントプランの作成正確な販売予測の実現販売目標の達成経験を持つこと

• ビジネスパートナー経由での販売モデルにおいてハイタッチでの営業活動およびビジネスパートナーとの協業において幅広いリレーションと協業経験を持つこと

• アカウント担当の代表として社内外のリソースを効果的に巻き込み顧客への価値訴求提案を作り上げる調整能力があること

• 複数の製品サービスを提供する企業におけるソリューションセールスの経験

• アジャイルでダイナミックな環境で成功するための個人的な動機付け

• 官公庁調達に関する知識 - 市場および競合に関する知識
