職務概要
このポジションは食品日用品商材を中心に担当し担当カテゴリーの戦略構築新製品や季節に応じた品揃えの最適化商品企画開発売上利益の最大化を目指しますまたお客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い効率的なオペレーションを追求しますこれらを達成するために戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともにウェブを活用した販売計画の策定旬のアイテムの販売促進宣伝ブランディングを企画実行します
事業の方針に基づき担当業務を自立的に行います
職務内容詳細
1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上利益目標の設定と進捗管理
担当商品カテゴリーの戦略構築売上利益目標を設定または提案を行いその実行プロセスを管理します
2. 販売データ市場領域動向の分析とそれに基づく販売戦略の立案実施改善
販売データ市場領域動向分析を行い販売戦略を立案しそれを実行するとともに必要に応じた改善または改善提案を行います
3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定開拓と仕入れ条件の最適化
仕入れ先の開拓選定に関する分析を行い仕入れ計画を立案しそれを実行します
4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立
日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じてディストリビューター/メーカーとのパートナーシップの確立強化を行います
5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画立案販売対メーカー
関係者との協働を通じてウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案しそれを実行します
6. 社内関連部署との連携
社内関連部署事業部長在庫管理担当者ウェブ制作担当者出品者事業担当者およびマーケティング部門などと密接に連携し効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します
7. プロジェクトへの参画
部門全体に影響を及ぼす大小さまざまなプロジェクトに参画しプロジェクトをリードあるいはメンバーとして貢献実績を残します

Bachelors degree or 3 years of professional or military experience
- 5 years of retail operations product or program management or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- 3 years of with Excel experience
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations pricing and promotion inventory management and product development
